This year, we're adding a few options to make incorporating little ones easier on you!

Shared Caretakers Pass

We're glad you're joining us, and bringing the family along! To help offset the load of traveling as a family, we're offering the Shared Caretakers Pass: an All Access Pass shared between two adults sharing childcare duties for up to 4 children at the event.

Family Room

All through the event, there will be a family room where you can take a break with your kids. ​

Evening On-Site Childcare

This year we're excited to alpha test offering licensed on-site childcare during the evening dances! Agency details coming soon!

Families traveling with children 12 and under can pre-purchase licensed on-site childcare provided by a contracted agency during one or more of the evening dances. 

• ​7:30pm until midnight Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 20, 2025
• Each adult registrant may purchase care for up to two children under 12. If you need care for more than 2 children, please contact us!
• 4 or more children must be signed up nightly for this service to be offered; if the minimum is not met, we will contact you by May 26 to cancel and refund your childcare purchase(s)
