Volunteers

Reimbursement

10 hours = full pass reimbursement, 5 hours = half pass reimbursement

All volunteers who work 10 hours or more will be fully reimbursed for the Mile High Blues Pass. Volunteers who work at least 5 hours will be reimbursed for half the cost of the Mile High Blues Pass. All reimbursements will be given after the Mile High Blues event to ensure volunteers complete their required hours.

Volunteers can pay with a check and after all volunteering hours are completed the checks will be torn up.

On Call Volunteers

For the weekend, we will also have 2 on call backup volunteers. If a main volunteer cannot make their shift, or we need extra help somewhere, the backups will fill in. During your on-call hours, you will need to be within 10 minutes of the venues.

Friday Volunteer Meeting

There will be a mandatory Volunteer meeting at 7pm Friday, March 26th downstairs at the Turnverein.
